Driving Lessons can either be paid for at the end of each lesson or in the form of a "block" booking, paid in advance.
Once the "block" payment has been made and lessons commenced, refunds are not normally made.
However, under the following circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund:
If you develop a permanent condition, confirmed in writing by a doctor, which prevents you from driving
If you become unemployed for more than 3 months
If you are disqualified from driving
If your instructor is no longer able to provide tuition for you.
If in the future, you qualify for a refund on a "block" payment, the lessons you have taken so far, will be charged at the full rate.
